Company Locations and Facilities
 The Company’s co-location services will include new private office space located in the Spirit Event Center in South Tulsa, as well as, distribution space in an environmentally controlled, locked facility with a very secure and highly reliable network and flexible communication options (e.g. EDI). Our business plan calls for the establishment of corporate offices, R&D offices, and outsourcing all call center and distribution facilities. IDL, Inc.’s business offices are now located at 10441 S. Regal Boulevard Suite 205, Tulsa, OK 74133 U.S.A. Phone is 918.392.1942 Fax is 918.392.1952. The offices are leased on a five year term. The call center and distribution facilities are outsourced in Broken Arrow, OK to MicahTek which is expandable to cover our growing business needs. A trained staff is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to make sure our assets are safe and secure, and to provide a timely response for order processing, billing and customer support issues. A secure server can be accessed directly by the Company’s high-speed backbone without the cost and headache of running a fast connection to their location. Outsourced infrastructure spreads the high costs associated with the equipment required to operate a call center and order fulfillment among all customers, reducing capital expenditures while outsourcing functions that are not mission critical. Flexible space arrangement allows the company to rent only the space needed. No longer are single space users forced to rent thousands of square feet for their inventory, yet later expansion remains simple and economical. |
